brand message to be impactful, period, in some type of way, shape or form. 

20:00 A lot of times we're investing in people because of their values and because we align with 

them. 

26:52 I think the biggest thing with a lead magnet is you just want to make sure that you are 

giving them a really quick win. You don't want to give them everything under the sun because 

then they'll feel overwhelmed.
