My Best Tips for the Goal Setting Process

We’re about to start a new year, and for a lot of us, that means setting new goals. I obviously love goals and this whole podcast is about achieving them, but I know it can still feel overwhelming to set realistic and meaningful goals. So, in this episode I share my best tips for setting goals that will support the life you want to live.
